For the last few months, we’ve had a lot of conversations about content, marketing, and growing Rock N Potato. But we kept finding ourselves coming back to the same question: How do we tell the story behind everything we’re building? The food is only one part of it. Behind every menu item, review, customer interaction, late night, early morning, win, mistake, and challenge are real people trying to figure things out one day at a time. A few weeks ago, Kenny shared a series with us from @softiesburger called “Building a Restaurant.” It sparked a conversation that has now become this. Not because it gave us the answers… but because it helped us put words to something we’d been talking about for months. Our story was always here. We were just trying to figure out how to tell it.
